Responsibilities:

• Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
• Accountable for solutioning and delivering the RBS portfolio backlog.

• Helps define and executes the service levels required to meet business needs
• Accountable for the performance, availability, security and reliability of the Platform to agreed service levels
• Accountable for managing the platform risks and developing mitigation plans
• Lead the (virtual) cross-functional team that is responsible for sustaining and improving the platform
• Co-authors actionable disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Develop a framework that focuses on innovation
• Support achieving goals and improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness via continuous monitoring of core metrics, key performance indicators, and other critical success factors
• Act as Data Custodian/Data Steward
• Responsible for training, hyper-care and adoption
• Build and maintain positive relationship with vendors / partners
• Mentor and empower direct reports to create a high-trust culture

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or other related fields
• 7-10 years of Digital Systems experience with demonstrated in-depth knowledge of TDS, strategic and process planning
• Expert ability in grasping new concepts and leading transformation in the organization
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to develop and guide platform team members and operations personnel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to manage conflicting priorities, establish achievable service levels
• Strong project management skills and experience in creating and managing project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Expert level understanding of change management and release management processes
